It was the year 2001, DJ D was holding down some early residencies including the beloved 'Lotel' - a restaurant/bar located in Darlinsghurst Sydney that saw some of the best in the game hop on the microphone.

With live band and dj sets inbetween, artists included Kaylan aka Disco Montego, Darryl Beaton, Dauno Martinez (Martinez Brothers), Roxane Lebrasse, Jeremy Gregory, Wilson, Deni Hines, Rudy, and many more.
